Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Wissmann Formular order.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition with seals intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, contact us at cornelius@wissmannformular.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
